In the vineyard...
The oldest parcel (15 years), of 22 ares, is located on a calcareous, limono-argillaceous, gravelly ground. The other parcel, 29 ares, replanted in 1997, presents a completely different ground : deeper, silty-claey surfaces some, more claey in depth, located at the foot of the hill. The bunches are assembled in the press.

In the glass...
The flavors of this wine point out the fern, exotic fruits and white flowers which are expressed very clearly thanks to the breeding in stainless tanks. In the mouth, its acidity is discrete and balances some with its pleasant roundness. It is rich and buttered, typical of the Chardonnay. It is possible to keep it approximately 5 years.

At the table...
It will wonderfully accompany fish and shellfish, such as a trout "au bleu", a carp with the cream or the famous "pôchouse".
